Good graphic design is like cutting the grass. It doesn't matter how high or how short you cut it. It just needs to be consistent to look good.

One Year Ago!

It was April 19, 2008. The sanctuary was packed with Apostolic youth from across America. The Mid-America Singspiration was underway. And then it happened. I was called to the platform, where Mikey came up behind me with roses (almost carnations)! The entire FPC youth department rushed to the edge of the platform screaming and cheering. I kept my eyes on Mikey, too afraid to look at my friends. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Bro. Nathan pounding on the floor of the platform and yelling at Mikey to "Get on your knees! Get on your knees!" And so he did. A hush fell over the crowd as he asked me the all-important question, "Elizabeth...will you marry me?" Cheers erupted from the crowd as I accepted his offer and our friends swarmed us, hugging and laughing and crying. The guys high-fived Mikey and lifted him up on their shoulders like the champ that he is.

That was a year ago. On June 6, 2008, before God, family, friends, and, of course, the Summit, we vowed to love, honor, and cherish each other for as long as we live.

Life is good.

Hi Liz,
Hey I remember that! That was such a memorable proposal. I remember how your whole youth group rushed to the front with such excitement, that was so cool. I'm happy for you guys.
I don't know if you remember me, but I was with PJ White at Mid America last year. Mikey might remember me as the guy who delivered his suit from Omar G. lol. Please tell Mike I said hello!
Take care!
